Dear Sir
Uteri Transplants
I hope that the letter does not cause any offence, as none is intended.
I am one of the many in England that has been given a post pregnancy hysterectomy, also like many in this country it was after our first child.
Our group as we hope you will appreciate and understand, is hopping that your work will be a successful reality very soon.
If at all possible could we have an update if there is one, as to this work?
Some of us were given total hysterectomies and some vaginal pleating. Will this make any difference to us being able to have a transplant do you know?
For many the pain of never carrying another child is almost unbearable. When our only children ask for brothers and sister like their friends, this is also extremely painful.
We wish you a speedy and successful outcome to your work.
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter.
Yours sincerely
