Due to finding out that embryos to be used for host surrogacy have a five year time limit, the Daily Mail was looking into covering the 'story'. Michelle asked for a link to ALW as that was part of the 'story'. The journalist was lovely and the draft was written and photographs taken. Due to John Prescott’s affair, it was a concern that it would not be published.

The filming for this was done on 5th May 2006. The scenes of Martin and Michelle were near the clinic. It had a section on News 24 that took a different angle. We think that people forget that it was NOT easy for us to decide to go to the media. It took a lot of courage, discussion and support from those that care about us..

Information for the Media
If you would like to contact us please use the e-mail address hh_family@hotmail.co.uk. For any media appearance the a little wish (ALW) websiste MUST be given out and where possible with a strap. Where the programme / channel has a websiste we also NEED ALW details given out on there, as often people are not sat listening / watching with a pen and paper. This needs to remain there for as long as possible as speaking to others it is often several weeks/months before they chase up items that have appeaed in the media. We also may need a copy and we do NEED permission for it to be on ALW as we develop our library. Where possible a donation to ALW is appreciated as we have so much work to do and due to our funds running out we have not been able to continue with this for so long.
