Further to your request for information relating to hyterectomy following childbirth, I am sorry to inform you that I am unable to help.

After discussing your request with senior management in the Trust's women's and Children's Services, I have been asked to inform you that we are uable to help with the level of information you require and the hysterectomy immediately following childbirth, is an extremely rare event and only performed as a life saving procedure.
