Thank you for your letter of 11 May 2003, which was passed to me. I regret to say that I am unable to accede to your request for te information with regards to the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department since 1990. Whilst agreeing with you that information like this could be made available to the public, I am afraid we do not have the resources to carry out waht would effectivly be a large 13 year audit.
