While I fully support the excellent and needed pieceof work you are undertaking, before I can release any information to you I need to know:

> What is the purpose of the data collection
> Will the information be anonymised in relation to the source Trust?
> Is the information be shared with others, if so who and why?
> Will the information be shared with others, if so who and why?
> Are you looking at moridity and if so are you relating this to potential mortality if the hysterectomy had not been performed?
> Are you looking at the risk factors involved on each individual case?

If you are able to answer my queries I will thenf orward you the relevant infromation you are requesting. I hope you understand my reasons for not automatically supplying this information as I need to be clear as to waht purpose it will be used.
