Dear Ms Shaw

Thank you for your letter asking for information in relations to maternity services that was passd on by out (sp?) PALS team.

I have asked the Maternity services Manager to work with the Data Collection team to collect thisinformation but before we can release anything we would like to know more aout the group. Please could you provide us with either a constitution or the terms of reference for the group and details of the work the group is undertaking. we would also appreciate knowing what you want to so with the information provided from hospitals.
